Flow = $0.629 per 1000 Gallons
B.O.D. = $0.248 per Pound
Total Suspended Solids = $0.215 per Pound
Total Phosphorus = $5.480 per Pound
Ammonia Nitrogen = $1.566 per Pound
Total Chlorides = $0.004 per Pound
